Introduction

The 10 ton cube ice machine is a fully automatic edible ice maker that adopts self-adjustment of ice cube thickness, self-adaptation of ambient temperature, automatic water replenishment and automatic ice-forming and de-icing. The production process is fully automatic, and the ice cubes produced are uniform and beautiful, and there is no difference in thickness. The rational application of the two patented technologies of flat wall heat exchange technology and circulating hot gas deicing technology has made a breakthrough in solving many problems such as low production capacity, large power consumption and unstable deicing of small ice machines.

Ice Bin & Screw Conveyor:  Equipped with ice bin and screw conveyor to match a automatic production line. It also can be packed by semi auto. SS 304 ice storage bin with this screw conveyor. Easy to get ice packing in to plastic bags.
	Electrical Elements Equipped with Siemens PLC + Touch Screen Controlling System, which allows multiple functions such as automatic timer function for start and shut down; ice stopping production when the ice bins are full. All parameters can be easily set, all running history can be checked.
